Fr. Koonammakkal Thomas, Indo-Chaldean priest, scholar and church historian, authored several articles on the works of S. Ephrem, ph.d. in Patrology (Oxford), professor of Syriac and Patrology in SEERI, Vadavathoor Saint Thomas Apostolic Seminary and Paurastya Vidyapitham, founder of Beth Aprem Nazrani Dayara and a strong advocate of traditionalism in the Syro-Malabar Catholic Church.
