The Rev. Robert F. Slesinski, Ph.D., an independent scholar, is a (retired) priest of the Eparchy of Passaic (NJ) for which he has served both as a pastor and a newspaper columnist. He also served two years as a Visiting Professor of Philosophy at Mary, Queen of the Apostles Catholic Seminary in Saint Petersburg, Russia. He earned his doctorate in philosophy specializing in Russian religious philosophy at the Pontifical Gregorian University, Rome, and is the author of sixteen books. ° 1975
