Bouyer Louis

1913 – 2004, French Catholic priest, former Lutheran minister received into the Catholic Church in 1939. Influential theological thinker, especially in history, liturgy and spirituality, peritus at the Second Vatican Council, member of the Oratory of Jesus, co-founder of the review Communio, chosen by Paul VI as a member of a team to initiate the International Theological Commission in 1969.
